Own monthly monitoring and control of plant operating expenses including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ensuring accurate accounting and accruals.
Manage factory administration costs and facilities expenses (security, transportation, utilities, housekeeping, cafeteria), driving cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
Ensure robust compliance and governance across plant finance operations including scrap accounting, cost allocation across business units, commercial agreements management, and support for statutory/regulatory audits.
Qualified CA or CMA degree mandatory.
1-4 years of relevant experience in Plant Finance, Operations Finance, Controlling, or Manufacturing Finance, preferably in manufacturing.
Experience with SAP (FI/CO/MM) and strong Excel/MIS reporting skills required.

Experienced in manufacturing finance with strong capability in OPEX management, cost control, and operational finance processes.
Able to coordinate cross-functionally across Operations, Admin, Procurement, SCM, and various Finance teams to ensure financial discipline and transparency.
Detail-oriented and analytical with demonstrated ability to implement financial controls and improve cost efficiency in a plant environment.
