Own end-to-end functional consulting for Oracle EBS Finance modules (AR, AP, GL, FA, CM) including solutioning, requirement gathering, and functional design documentation.
Lead fit-gap analysis, system configuration, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with technical teams to define functional specifications for RICEW components and manage direct customer engagements including workshops and presentations.
6+ years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle EBS Financials, specifically AR, AP, GL, FA, and CM modules.
Experienced in at least 2 full-cycle Oracle EBS implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live.
Strong knowledge of cross-module integrations within Oracle EBS Finance (e.g., AP-GL, AR-CM, FA-GL).
Immediate availability and willingness to work in hybrid mode from Bangalore, Chennai, or Hyderabad locations.
Proven independent executor able to lead fit-gap analysis and manage workshops with business stakeholders confidently.
Experienced in fast-paced delivery environments with tight deadlines and direct customer exposure.
Familiarity with functional-to-technical handoffs, especially coordinating with technical teams for reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICEW).
