Basic knowledge of Oracle database administration, Linux/Unix and Windows OS administration, and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls).
Strong operational expertise in managing and optimizing enterprise workload automation platforms.
Hands-on experience supporting 24x7 environments with ability to handle on-call duties and incident resolution.
Comfortable working across systems, databases, operating systems, and network layers to ensure system stability and performance.
