Own global Lab Consumables category strategy development and implementation supporting regional and global business needs.
Lead sourcing, negotiations, supplier management, contracting, and stakeholder engagement activities for Lab Consumables categories.
Drive cost savings, cash flow improvements, inventory insights, and category management efficiencies using spend and performance analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
Progressive procurement experience with Pharma or BioPharma exposure, including managing category processes and suppliers.
Experience in sourcing, negotiations, contracting, and supplier relationship management in Lab Consumables or related categories.
Working knowledge of ERP and eRFX tools (e.g., Oracle, Zycus, Ariba) and sourcing platforms (e.g., LabViva, Zageno).
Experienced in using market intelligence, cost models, and data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) to support sourcing decisions and communicate with senior leadership.
Proven ability to manage global supply market evaluations, risk, compliance, and financial assessment tools.
Capable of managing associate-level professionals and operating with clarity in ambiguous environments to drive continuous improvement.
