Own and administer the Workday security model including domain and business process security, roles, security groups, and SoD controls to maintain a secure, audit-ready tenant.
Design, build, deploy, and support enterprise-scale Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, and Workday Extend, embedding security best practices.
Lead security audits, access reviews, compliance certifications, and collaborate with HR, IT, and Internal Audit to ensure governance and continuous improvement of Workday security and integrations.
7–12 years overall experience with 4–7+ years specifically in Workday Security Administration and/or Integrations development.
Workday certifications in Security Administration and/or Integration development mandatory.
Hands-on experience with Workday security framework, Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, SSO/SAML configuration, ISU/ISSG, and secure credential management required.
Experience in a senior or lead capacity supporting global teams and global HR delivery models; location requirement: Bengaluru, India (hybrid).
Experienced with global enterprise Workday implementations and tenant administration, including support through R1/R2 release cycles and regulatory compliance (SOX, data privacy).
Proven ability to provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members within an agile delivery model.
Skilled in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing preventive fixes, and integrating AI/GenAI-enabled automation in Workday ecosystem.
