Lead and provide technical direction for a team of engineers throughout the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, debugging, testing, and implementation of applications.
Contribute to design and development of new products and features while ensuring adherence to engineering processes and maintaining product quality.
Mentor junior engineers and recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business/MIS or related field.

Experienced leader capable of managing and mentoring a software engineering team within a flexible development environment and complex system architectures.
Familiarity or experience with prepaid/card domain applications, messaging systems like Active MQ or Kafka, and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, or Grafana is advantageous.
