Manager, Consulting - PMO (India and Emerging Countries)

Lead the regional Project Management Office (PMO) ensuring delivery predictability, portfolio governance, financial discipline, and project management capability maturity across consulting projects.

Own project planning, governance, and execution to meet market needs, revenue goals, cost commitments, and ensure delivery against scope, schedule, quality, and commercial commitments.

Partner with Consulting, Sales, Finance, and Global PMO to improve forecast accuracy, pipeline readiness, resource utilization, margin performance, and mentor project managers.

Bachelor's degree preferably in quantitative field or related industry; coursework or degree in Marketing, Business, or Management preferred.

Minimum 8 years experience in technical software implementation and large project/program management; 3 years direct customer experience preferred; 2 years leadership experience required.

Proven experience leading regional PMO or large-scale delivery functions with revenue, cost, and margin accountability.

Strong commercial, delivery, governance leadership, and people leadership with coaching and mentorship experience.

Experienced leader in managing complex project portfolios with emphasis on delivery health, financial metrics, and governance.

Proficient in stakeholder management and executive communication, capable of trusted advisory roles across regional and global teams.

Focused on driving operational efficiencies, capability development, and embedding strong project management discipline and ownership.
