Strong hands-on experience and knowledge in cards & payments domain including ISO 8583 transaction flows and messaging standards, authorization, clearing, and settlement processes required.
Experience with ISO 20022, REST APIs, JSON/XML payloads, and practical exposure to AI/GenAI technologies preferred; SQL/Python skills are a plus but not mandatory.
Experienced in managing payment product lifecycles with expertise in ISO 8583 and ISO 20022 standards.
Strategic thinker capable of integrating AI/GenAI technologies to enhance product innovation, automation, and operational efficiency.
Comfortable leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a technology-driven, fast-evolving payments environment.
