Own end-to-end delivery of data quality rules and governance requirements for critical data elements within Master Data Management systems.
Collaborate with senior business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure data quality issues are prioritized and remediated according to business and regulatory needs.
Support data architecture and governance initiatives by driving data profiling, requirement gathering, testing (including UAT), and documentation creation (BRD, FRD, user stories).
5-8 years experience in data management roles focused on data quality management and data governance.
Proven expertise in Master Data Management concepts and platforms (e.g., Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, Reltio, Oracle MDM).
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with databases like Oracle, Snowflake; experience with APIs and ETL/ELT pipelines.
Willingness to work UK shift hours (12:00 to 21:00 IST).
Experience operating at the intersection of business and technical teams, able to translate complex data quality issues into actionable requirements and stakeholder communications.
Background in implementing and supporting MDM data models, hierarchies, and match/merge rules in a data governance framework.
Comfortable working in Agile environments and handling large, complex datasets with data profiling experience.
