Perform cash and position reconciliations between internal and external data sets, researching and resolving discrepancies within deadlines.
Oversee daily reconciliation activities executed by service providers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
Coordinate special reconciliations, ad hoc analyses, reporting, and maintain communication with stakeholders to resolve issues and meet reporting expectations.
4-5 years of experience in global capital markets, preferably in Portfolio Reconciliations and Middle Office within Investment Services.
Proficient with tools like Aladdin, TLM, CRD, and/or CRIMS.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or related field with a finance major; professional qualification in finance preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; strong numerical analysis skills; ability to work independently under pressure.
Experienced in handling reconciliation processes and managing service provider activities with a focus on accuracy and timely resolution.
Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment with independent decision-making responsibilities.
Familiar with investment banking operations and capital markets tools, with a track record of contributing to process enhancement.
