Accountable for end-to-end financial management of Haleon Trading Services (HTS) legal entities, including planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
Ensure financial integrity and accuracy of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow; oversee compliance with IFRS, Haleon policies, and local regulations.
Lead and develop HTS FPCRA team, drive financial controls, continuous improvement, and partner with HTS leadership and global finance functions.
Fully qualified ACA / CA / ACCA / CIMA (internationally recognized) required.
12+ years of financial management experience with strong team management (15+ members) and finance controller experience.
Expertise in SAP environment (preferably including S/4HANA) and knowledge of Intercompany Trade, Transfer Pricing, VAT, Incoterms, and cross-border trade finance processes.
Experience with risk management, controls, compliance (including SOX), and global/corporate financial reporting in large organizations.
Experienced senior finance professional with a strong background in trading partner, supply chain finance, or logistics within a global corporate setting.
Proven ability to work across multiple organizational levels and matrix environments, balancing strategic oversight with detailed process understanding.
Demonstrated leadership in team building, process improvement, stakeholder management, and driving financial governance in complex, multinational operations.
