Manage and control plant operating expenses (OPEX) including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting for Bluebird Plant operations.
Oversee factory administration and facilities cost management such as security, utilities, transportation, and cafeteria services with a focus on cost optimization.
Ensure compliance and governance across plant finance activities including scrap accounting, cost allocation, commercial agreement coordination, and support audits and statutory regulations.
Qualified CA or CMA degree mandatory.
1–4 years of relevant experience in Plant Finance, Operations Finance, Controlling, or Manufacturing Finance; manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Hands-on exposure to SAP (FI/CO/MM preferred), strong Excel, and MIS reporting skills required.

Experienced in detailed financial governance and controlling within a manufacturing or plant operations context.
Proficient in coordinating cross-functionally with operations, procurement, admin, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure cost discipline and operational efficiency.
Capable of managing complex cost allocation across multiple business units with strong analytical abilities and attention to compliance and audit readiness.
