Develop and maintain automation solutions using Blue Prism and UIPath RPA tools throughout the delivery lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Support and mentor junior developers, participate in peer code reviews, troubleshoot live environment issues, and handle administrative tasks in Blue Prism.
Analyze business processes for automation feasibility, document solution designs, and collaborate with operational teams during UAT and rollout phases.
3+ years of relevant hands-on experience with Blue Prism and UIPath RPA tools including development, monitoring, and maintenance.

Work Experience Required: 2-4 years as per JD mostly in Blue Prism & UIPath development roles.
Certification as Blue Prism Professional and UIPath Developer preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced in full RPA lifecycle including solution design, coding standards adherence, and post-deployment support.
Able to quickly assess new process opportunities for automation feasibility and estimate development effort accurately.
Proactive in troubleshooting and maintaining automation quality, with exposure to coordinating with business and operational teams during UAT and rollout.
