Lead and manage the Accounts Payable Shared Services Center (SSC) operations, ensuring delivery according to global process owner (GPO) goals and SLAs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in AP processes, including coordination with process owners and IT to implement automation and enhancements involving SAP and VIM.
Oversee a large team (30+ members), including recruitment, performance management, training, and succession planning, acting as key liaison between SSC and GPO for AP operations.
Minimum 15 years experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance function in a global, multi-cultural environment.
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent plus a professional finance/accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA).
Mandatory experience with SAP and VIM in AP operations, including automation tools (RPA preferred).
Work Experience Required: 15+ years in AP or related finance operations.
Proven leadership in managing large teams within shared services or global finance centers, with ability to run the AP department independently.
Strong expertise in end-to-end AP processes, global accounting, and change management in a cross-functional international context.
Experience driving process automation, continuous improvement, and collaboration with technology teams (IT/Tech) for scalable AP solutions.
