4+ years of Securities Operations experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Hands-on experience or mindset for automation tools (e.g., Tachyon, Alteryx, Co-pilot, Xceptor, OCR).
Shift hours: rotational shifts between 2:30PM-11:30PM IST and 5:30PM-2:30AM IST.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Experience with automation tools and high-level quality control on large data sets.
Ability to manage routine operational issues within defined parameters and escalate appropriately.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts with attention to detail and consistent execution.
