Lead design and implementation of AI-enhanced Product Information Management (PIM) solutions integrating Inriver Inspire AI, LLMs, and AI agents to improve product content quality and operational efficiency.
Develop automated workflows, data transformation processes, and bulk data onboarding pipelines including data models, validation rules, and integrations via REST APIs and messaging patterns.
Evaluate and operationalize AI/ML tools for content generation, validation, enrichment, and localization while ensuring compliance with enterprise AI governance and security standards.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
6–8 years engineering experience with C#/.NET, REST APIs, and MS SQL Server.
2+ years hands-on experience building AI-driven applications including LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, or automated content generation.
Practical experience with AI agent frameworks such as Azure AI Orchestration, Semantic Kernel, or Lang Chain; experience with Azure OpenAI or similar LLM platforms.
Strong expertise in PIM including data modeling, enrichment workflows, validation rules, and localization in enterprise environments.
Experience designing scalable, multi-agent AI solutions and integrating AI with automation workflows, event-driven microservices, and data governance practices.
Comfortable collaborating across engineering, product marketing, and data governance teams to drive AI-enabled solutions in Agile/Scrum settings.
