Experience in recruitment services, hiring processes, and talent acquisition is mandatory.
Experienced in business development within Recruitment/Staffing or HR Tech sectors with demonstrated success in client acquisition and revenue growth.
Strategic focus on building credibility and maintaining relationships with CXOs, founders, and HR leadership.
Operates comfortably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a target-driven approach and strong negotiation skills.
