Support financial governance and cost control for Bluebird Plant operations, focusing on OPEX management, factory admin and facilities cost, scrap accounting, cost allocation, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
Monitor, analyze, and report on plant operating expenses, vendor/service costs, utilities, and common plant services; drive cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
Coordinate commercial agreements, ensure accuracy in accounting and compliance, and partner with multiple teams for robust financial controls and transparent reporting.
Qualified CA or CMA.
1–4 years of relevant experience in Plant Finance, Operations Finance, Controlling, or Manufacturing Finance; manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Experience with SAP (FI/CO/MM) and MIS reporting, budgeting, or cost analysis is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of accounting, cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Experienced in managing plant-level finance functions with a focus on OPEX tracking, vendor cost management, and facility/admin accounting within a manufacturing environment.
Capable of cross-functional coordination with Operations, Admin, Procurement, SCM, Controllership, FP&A, and Business Finance teams to enforce financial discipline and governance.
Detail-oriented, analytically strong, and able to handle budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and cost optimization initiatives effectively.
