Coordinate operations, disaster recovery testing, and maintenance of data communications and networking hardware and software across Azure cloud and on-premises environments.
Install, configure, monitor, and manage network devices including Cisco gear, Fortinet firewalls, F5 load balancers, and Cisco Viptela SDWAN platform.
Provide tier 2 network support, troubleshoot issues within service levels, perform capacity planning, and collaborate on project implementations across infrastructure teams.
3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud networking in Azure and AWS and networking fundamentals including routing protocols and SDWAN.
Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, F5, Cisco Viptela SDWAN, and network management tools such as Fortimanager or SolarWinds.
University degree or college diploma in computer studies or equivalent experience; Cisco certification is a bonus.
Willingness to work US business hours including rotational shifts, on-call support, and occasional travel as required.
Strong proficiency in managing enterprise-scale network infrastructure combining cloud (Azure/AWS) and on-premises.
Ability to translate high-level network architecture into detailed implementation plans and coordinate cross-functional projects.
Comfortable working in a 24/7 support role with operational discipline and proactive problem solving.
