Lead and manage end-to-end Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform operations, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable identity services for workforce and non-human identities across the organization.
Oversee IAM service delivery including automation, self-service capabilities, audit and compliance execution, and operational stability while managing vendor partnerships and cross-team coordination.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing incidents to reduce manual processes, improve knowledge, enforce strong operational risk posture, and build strategic partnerships with security, HR, and infrastructure teams.
8-12 years of experience in IAM, security operations, or identity platform operations with 5+ years in team leadership and service delivery roles.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.

Strong operational management skills with expertise in ITSM processes, automation, audit compliance, and risk mitigation in enterprise-scale IAM services.
Demonstrated capability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration involving security, HR, IT risk, and infrastructure teams.
