Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of Finance & Accounts modules for public sector clients focusing on accounting, budgeting, taxation, revenue, treasury, and financial reporting.
Drive financial process re-engineering (BPR) to enhance transparency, efficiency, and control frameworks of government finance systems.
Manage requirement gathering, functional specifications, system configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live support, and capacity building/training for client finance teams in digital financial systems.

Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

Strong mandatory skills in public sector financial management, accounting standards, audit norms, compliance, taxation, ERP/IFMS systems, and financial process optimization.
Experienced in managing multiple aspects of public sector financial systems including budgeting, revenue, treasury, and financial reporting at a senior level.
Capable of leading complex financial systems implementation and process improvements with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working closely with clients to understand and optimize finance processes within government or e-Governance contexts.
