Administer and maintain SAP systems including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, and others with responsibilities covering installation, configuration, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery.
Manage SAP landscapes and transport systems, coordinate release and transport planning, and troubleshoot related issues.
Monitor and tune system performance, support SAP security and authorizations, and handle incident, problem, and change management within agreed SLAs.
