Support data acquisition, transfer, consolidation, and ensure quality and integrity of investment performance data systems.
Prepare, interpret, and investigate discrepancies in performance attribution and contribution reports for assigned portfolios and strategies.
Assist in constructing and maintaining composites compliant with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) and provide accurate performance data across senior management reports, third-party databases, sales materials, and regulatory filings.
1–3 years of experience in Finance, Investment Banking, or Management industries with demonstrated expertise in Asset Management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proficient with reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau; working knowledge of R, Python, SQL, Excel, and intermediate VB preferred.
Must be able to work night shift from 4.30 pm to 1.30 am as specified.
Strong understanding of investment products, global markets, and portfolio management processes relevant to asset management.
Experience in performance measurement, attribution methodologies, and regulatory standards compliance (especially GIPS).
Skilled in handling multiple data systems, ensuring data quality, and delivering clear, actionable performance insights to stakeholders under time-sensitive conditions.
