Perform cash and position reconciliations between internal and external data sets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies related to IBOR, ABOR, and OMS, adhering to established SLAs and KPIs.
Monitor cash levels on assigned portfolios, process cash flows accurately, support reporting, and maintain reconciliation procedure documentation.
1-3 years of experience in global capital markets, preferably in Portfolio Reconciliations and Middle Office within Investment Services.
Working knowledge of tools like Aladdin, TLM, CRD, and/or CRIMS.
Bachelor's degree in BCOM, BBA, or any professional qualification with Finance specialization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong numerical data analysis skills.
Experienced in investment services or middle office operations with a focus on portfolio reconciliations and cash management.
Capable of working independently under moderate supervision in high-pressure environments.
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to process enhancement.
