5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Proficiency in at least one backend language: Go, Java, or Python, with strong knowledge of concurrency and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with both relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL datastores (Redis, MongoDB, Cassandra).
