Lead and develop a team of financial analysts managing forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and supporting operating and strategic reviews for diverse business groups.
Manage allocation of people and financial resources within Finance, and lead complex projects affecting one or more lines of business related to financial planning and reporting.
Drive finance transformation initiatives including AI adoption, process automation, and simplification of reporting and analytics while ensuring governance and compliance.
Minimum 5+ years of finance experience, demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
At least 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics preferred (CA / MBA / CFA preferred).

Experienced in managing geographically distributed finance teams, capable of mentoring and talent development.
Strong capability to translate complex financial and business data into executive-ready insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional planning and influence strategic decisions with objective analysis, preferably with background in Consumer Banking, Lending, or Retail Financial Services.
