8-10 years of professional experience in QA or Software Development in Test roles.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript, with experience in test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, JUnit, or TestNG.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, or related technical discipline.
Willingness to work from office 3 days per week.
Demonstrated ability to handle complex, established software landscapes and rapidly learn new domains and technologies.
Experience building and running test frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines, including end-to-end test coverage planning.
Capability to take ownership of testing for specific regions or areas and efficiently transition from manual to automated testing processes.
