Reconcile cash accounts weekly/monthly, generate journal entries, and perform month-end close duties.
Manage accounting for derivative instruments including mark-to-market entries, settlement recording, and variance analysis monthly.
Perform prepaid capitalization reviews, grant/incentive accounting journal entries and reconciliations, maintain SOX control documentation, and support audits and certification activities.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent field required.
Minimum 2 years of related accounting experience or advanced degree without experience or equivalent work experience.
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP required.

Experienced in cash account reconciliations, derivative and grant accounting within a corporate finance environment.
Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, internal controls, and audit participation.
