Accountable for end-to-end management and performance of Accounts Payable operations within SSC, reporting directly to the Global Process Owner (GPO).
Lead performance management, continuous improvement initiatives, and cost optimization in AP processes including SAP and VIM operations.
Manage and develop a large team (30+ members), including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
Minimum 12 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance operations in a global, cross-functional, multi-cultural environment.
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent plus professional qualification such as CPA or ACCA.
Experience with SAP and VIM is mandatory; familiarity with automation tools, RPA, AI, and system interfaces required.
Proven people management experience leading teams of 30+ in shared services or global capability centers (GCC).
Senior leader capable of independently running AP department with strategic and operational ownership in a global matrix organization.
Strong expertise in global accounting processes including cost assignment, VAT, legal reporting, payment operations, reconciliation, intercompany transactions, and auditing.
Experienced in change management with skills in driving automation and continuous process improvement initiatives across multiple stakeholders and systems.
