Experience with Nokia and Oracle telecom products preferred; Messaging/IMS protocols (SIP, SMSC, MMSC, VoLTE/VoNR, RCS) preferred.
Advanced skills in 4G/5G core network troubleshooting and call flow analysis within cloud-native/Kubernetes environments.
Experience leveraging AI/machine learning for network monitoring and predictive maintenance.
Proven technical leadership and mentoring ability in operational, high-pressure network support environments.
