Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks (ITIL or similar), SQL, data analysis, and IT production environment required.
Experienced in ServiceNow reporting and ITSM modules within a production support environment (L1/L2).
Skilled in troubleshooting, data quality control, and cross-functional collaboration in IT service contexts.
Comfortable working with global teams and managing documentation to support operational continuity and knowledge transfer.
