Drive core reporting and analytics for the Business Finance team, owning end-to-end delivery of analytics initiatives from scoping to execution.
Design and scale self-service analytics capabilities leveraging AI tools to optimize data workflows and empower business partners' decision-making.
Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders, present actionable insights at executive level, and mentor peer analysts to enhance analytics adoption and governance.
Experience delivering scalable AI or analytics solutions influencing business decisions or enabling stakeholder self-service beyond manual analysis/dashboards.
Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake preferred), Python, Tableau, plus exposure to AI-assisted analytical tools.
Experience working with Business Finance or FP&A teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments; SaaS industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
Must work night shift: 6:00 pm to 3:00 am IST to align with North American business hours.
Strong analytical professional with business finance domain knowledge (forecasting, GRR, NRR, commissions) and SaaS or fintech exposure.
Able to independently manage analytics projects and build trusted stakeholder relationships, including presenting at executive level.
Experienced in automation and AI-driven analytics to reduce manual work and improve decision-making speed and quality.
