Solution Architect – Devices / Endpoint Migration (Tenant-to-Tenant)

Provide technical leadership for end-to-end device migration execution in a large-scale global Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant consolidation using an industrialized 24x7 migration factory model.

Own and define the target endpoint architecture, migration approach, runbooks, quality gates, tooling configuration, and device cohort segmentation strategies to ensure consistent, repeatable, and minimal disruption migration waves.

Act as final escalation point for migration failures, lead root-cause elimination, ensure audit-grade evidence capture, and collaborate with regional technical leadership and governance for safe, fast delivery.

Proven delivery experience of tenant-to-tenant endpoint migration at enterprise scale using Microsoft Intune and Windows, demonstrated with measurable outcomes.

Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, Windows endpoint management, policy design, compliance, app deployment, and troubleshooting.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID device identity, device registration/join states, device trust, and Conditional Access device-based controls.

Experience designing and operating industrialized migration factory models including runbooks, gates, telemetry-driven execution, shift handovers, and bulk PowerShell/Graph troubleshooting.

Experienced migration specialist who has led multiple high-volume endpoint migrations with measurable success in complex, multi-region, secured device estates.

Operates well under high pressure during cutover windows, capable of leading war rooms and making safe, rapid decisions.

Strategic leader who sets and defends migration standards and patterns, coaches engineers and SMEs, and collaborates effectively across onshore/offshore and identity/security/app teams.
