Technical depth in Microsoft Endpoint Management stack and Windows device lifecycle management, with ability to troubleshoot complex identity and provisioning issues.
Strong operational ownership mindset with focus on evidence-based readiness validation, clear communication during handovers, and continuous runbook and process improvement.
