Senior Technical Consultant – Shift Lead (Devices Tenant Migration)

Lead and manage end-to-end execution of high-volume Windows 10/11 device migrations between Microsoft 365 tenants during assigned shifts within a 24x7 factory model.

Own shift readiness including tooling, access, ticket queues, quality gates, evidence capture, and rapid issue resolution to ensure safe and predictable migration throughput at program scale.

Perform complex troubleshooting of migration failures, coordinate remediation, manage backlogs, drive process improvements, and deliver post-migration validation and hypercare support.

Hands-on expertise and proven delivery as a technical lead or SME for at least one production tenant-to-tenant device migration involving Windows device transitions and endpoint management.

Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, Windows 10/11 provisioning, Autopilot device registration and profile assignment, and Microsoft Entra ID device join concepts.

Demonstrated experience operating in a 24x7 shift-based factory environment with mandatory handovers and accountability for shift outcomes.

Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and operational tasks related to device migration readiness and maintenance.

Experienced shift lead comfortable driving disciplined factory execution using runbooks, quality gates, and consistent process with minimal rework under pressure.

Technical depth in Microsoft Endpoint Management stack and Windows device lifecycle management, with ability to troubleshoot complex identity and provisioning issues.

Strong operational ownership mindset with focus on evidence-based readiness validation, clear communication during handovers, and continuous runbook and process improvement.
