Lead hands-on Salesforce engineering delivery including design, development, configuration, testing, and production support for Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and related platforms.
Own technical leadership responsibilities such as code reviews, enforcing standards, troubleshooting complex production issues, and mentoring junior engineers.
Establish and maintain internal engineering practices, documentation, release processes, and ensure compliance with regulated environment standards.

Work location: Hybrid role in Hyderabad office (2-3 days/week), Shift: Monday-Friday, 2pm-11pm IST.
Proven technical leader able to translate architecture and business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
Experience working in regulated environments, preferably healthcare or life sciences, familiar with GxP compliance and regulated delivery processes.
Strong collaboration skills with experience working across multiple stakeholder groups including architecture, QA, validation, security, and operations teams.
