Design, develop, configure, test, and support Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Health Cloud, REMS, and Experience Cloud platforms.
Manage Salesforce components including Flows, Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, page layouts, permission sets, validation rules, and custom objects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, resolve production issues, assist QA/validation, and document system functionality and support procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development or administration experience.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, permission sets, custom objects, validation rules, Service Cloud or Health Cloud business processes.
Hybrid work model in Hyderabad office (2-3 days/week), 2nd shift (2 pm - 11 pm IST).
Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Health Cloud with solid knowledge of REMS and regulated healthcare workflows.
Ability to support complex business processes such as case management, patient/HCP engagement, enrollment, and service operations.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including product owners, QA, validation, and support in enterprise/regulatory environments.
