Administer, monitor, and maintain Cisco networking devices including routers, switches, wireless LAN controllers, and access points across the enterprise.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve LAN, WAN, WLAN, routing (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), and connectivity issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Prepare and update High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), network diagrams, Visio schematics, and operational documentation.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, network support, or administration.
Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, Cisco IOS, wireless LAN controllers, and access points.
Onsite role based in Chennai, India.
Experienced in independently troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues including routing protocols and wireless environments.
Ability to document network infrastructure professionally with HLDs, LLDs, and Visio diagrams.
Familiarity with data center networking and load balancers is a plus; CCNA or CCNP certification preferred.
