Minimum 6 years of related experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience with Ping Identity products and access management platforms required.
Must work in rotational shift model covering Early Morning and Afternoon shifts; ability to support incidents outside business hours.
Strong expertise in secure access management, governance, and SSO enablement within enterprise-scale environments.
Experienced in balancing production support duties with engineering-driven projects and automation using scripting or programming.
Comfortable working in global, cross-functional teams with dynamic priorities and operational excellence focus.
