Develop and industrialize AI and data models focused on GenAI and Agentic AI for Compliance processes within BNP Paribas ISPL in India.
Manage the entire data project lifecycle including exploration, development, evaluation, pre-production preparation, and monitoring to ensure high-quality code and model standards.

Master's degree (Bac+5) in data science, AI, computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, engineering, or related field.

Work Experience Required: Ideally has internship or apprenticeship experience related to data projects, machine learning, generative AI, modeling, or data application development.
Experience or strong interest in Compliance, digital transformation, and the application of AI within regulated or high-expectation environments.
Comfortable with data analysis, model development, code quality, and understanding business needs in a multidisciplinary team.
Able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, communicate clearly, and operate collaboratively in a multicultural and international setting.
