Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports including site-level P&Ls and variance analysis.
Track and report operational KPIs, inventory reporting, working capital, and production cost variances.
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data, provide financial insights, and maintain manufacturing variance forecast models.
Chartered Accountant qualification mandatory.
3–5 years of relevant financial analysis experience required.
Advanced proficiency in Excel mandatory.
Familiarity with Oracle 12 (including OBIEE and Project Accounting), Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Tableau is desirable but not mandatory.
Experienced in financial reporting and forecasting within manufacturing, procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Comfortable engaging regularly with senior finance and operational leaders across global functions.
Operates effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional, and technologically enabled finance environments.
