Experienced in managing global financial processes within large, matrixed and culturally diverse FMCG organizations.
Demonstrated ability to lead process standardization, simplification, and roll-out with end-to-end ownership.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, external service providers (BPO, technology), and possessing knowledge of SAP integration and internal controls.
