Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design (FDDs), configuration, testing, and deployment of SCM solutions.
Manage support activities including L2/L3 incident management, root cause analysis, change requests, and Oracle SR handling.
6-8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2) across AMS, support, or implementation projects.
Strong functional expertise in Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Supplier Data Hub (SDH), Customer Data Hub (CDH).
Degree required: BE, B.Tech, or MCA.
Hands-on experience with Functional Design Documents and coordinating RICEFW development including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows.
Experienced in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and their integration with Finance modules.
Capable of managing complex issue resolution including incident and change request management.
Understands Oracle APIs, interfaces, concurrent programs, and data flow within SCM modules to provide technical-functional coordination.
