Maintain accurate records of payment data, reversals, and trade promotion closure requests.
Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Commercial, CAS support, and Sales Controlling teams to validate promotional data uploads and maintain Trade Promotion KPIs.
Support SOX audits by providing necessary data and documentation and maintain up-to-date trade promotion procedure documents.
Minimum 1+ year experience in a similar role or familiarity with internal controls.
Working knowledge of SAP, CAS, or BW systems is required.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (Excel proficiency will be assessed during screening).
Work Experience Required: 1+ year in relevant domain (trade promotion or similar).
Experienced in handling trade promotion data with attention to detail and adherence to internal controls.
Capable of effective cross-functional collaboration with marketing, commercial, and sales controlling teams.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks, supporting audits, and maintaining accurate documentation in a regulatory-compliant environment.
