Drive change management for Data Governance and related sub-workstreams (master data, business data, data analytics) within the S4/HANA and o9 Planning Transformation program.
Manage data governance personas and capability building to improve data maturity, adoption, quality, trusted reporting, and AI readiness.
Collaborate cross-functionally and with leadership to ensure alignment and promote new data governance frameworks and tools, including Ataccama technology deployment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Data Management, or related field.
7+ years experience in change management with at least 3 years in large-scale ERP/digital transformation programs.
Proven experience in data governance, data management, or data & analytics change initiatives.
Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) strongly preferred; familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA and/or o9 planning platforms is a plus.
Experienced in managing change in multi-wave, multi-region ERP/digital transformation projects with a focus on data governance and master data management.
Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to engage senior leaders across multiple functions and regions.
Comfortable working across diverse cultures with strategic mindset on translating data transformation objectives into tangible change plans.
