Manage and ensure 100% on-time arrival and departure of transport vehicles with full compliance to vehicle and driver documentation and safety standards.
Prepare, monitor, and report transport utilization, schedules, incident reports, and daily/weekly/monthly MIS and rosters; coordinate backup for shift executives as needed.

Experienced in managing end-to-end transport operations within corporate or BPO environments with focus on compliance and safety.
Strong analytical skills with ability to generate and manage transport reports and process improvements.
Comfortable working with diverse teams and vendors while proactively handling communication and incident escalations.
