Lead and manage SAP implementation projects including onboarding external vendors, coordinating with solution architects and delivery teams, and overseeing system changes.
Proactively identify, document, and mitigate risks and issues impacting project timelines, quality, and resource allocation.
Manage project progress, quality standards, budgets, documentation, and stakeholder communication including liaison with third-party vendors and transition to production support teams.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree with minimum 5 years experience acceptable.
Minimum total work experience: 5-7 years in project management, with at least 2-3 years specifically in Project Management roles.
Proven experience working in IT services/outsourcing environments involving SAP implementation and core SAP modules (FI, SD, MM, SC) with 3-4 years in consultancy roles.
Must be willing to work onsite primarily from an HPE office (location constraint).
Strong client-facing experience and ability to manage business relationships across stakeholders and vendors in large-scale SAP projects.
Demonstrated capability in structured project planning, risk management, and escalation in complex IT transformation environments.
Experienced in collaborating closely with solution architects, functional teams, test teams, and external vendors to ensure project success within scope, timeline, and budget.
