Own the end-to-end deployment architecture for each client engagement, balancing product fidelity and client constraints.
Serve as the primary technical interface with client architects, CTOs, and integration leads, leading discovery workshops and defining deployment plans.
Mentor engineers, make build-vs-buy-vs-configure decisions, and co-own commercial outcomes including utilization, margin, and client satisfaction.
10+ years combined engineering and solution architecture experience in consulting, systems integration, or product delivery.
Experience deploying enterprise products/platforms across at least three different client environments or cloud providers.
Strong fundamentals in system design, distributed systems, API design, identity & access protocols (SSO/OAuth/SAML), and data integration patterns.
Hands-on experience with at least two of these programming languages: Java, Python, Node.js, .NET; and client-facing experience including running architecture workshops and engaging C-suite.
Proven ability to lead small senior teams (3-6 people) and deliver under pressure with track record of managing scope and margin.
Experienced in navigating complex, client-specific constraints while delivering reusable deployment patterns back into product.
Comfortable acting as both technical authority and client-facing partner, including negotiating scope and engaging senior stakeholders.
