Design, develop, and deploy generative AI and machine learning models specifically for Fraud Operations and operational automation including RAG frameworks, conversational AI, and multi-agent systems.

Experienced senior engineer comfortable leading AI projects impacting fraud and operations in banking domain with deep understanding of generative AI, RAG frameworks, and advanced NLP techniques.
Demonstrates strong technical leadership through mentoring and delivering scalable, production-grade AI/ML solutions aligned with business objectives.
Able to liaise effectively with non-technical stakeholders to explain complex AI concepts and maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines in model risk management.
