Execute and validate U.S. pharmaceutical chargeback operations including claim validation, error resolution, and payment processing support.
Conduct investigation, research, and documentation for chargeback disputes, deductions, and eligibility with internal teams and external partners.
Prepare operational reporting, maintain SOX compliance documentation, and support audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives.
Master's degree in finance, accounting, commerce, business administration, economics, life sciences, or related field.
3-6 years experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations, chargebacks, contracts and pricing, managed markets, finance, or related business operations.
Strong Excel, reporting, analytical, and documentation skills essential.
Work Experience Required: 3-6 years in relevant pharmaceutical or business operations domains.
Experience with U.S. pharmaceutical chargebacks, market access contracting, and sales operations within regulated or controlled environments.
Familiarity with platforms like Model N Revenue Management, SAP, or Revitas and knowledge of SOX controls and compliance programs.
Demonstrated capability to manage complex stakeholder collaboration and detailed operational processes supporting U.S.-based and global teams.
