Oversee delivery and operations of Airbus IT Mainframe Services supporting critical business applications, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Coordinate between internal customers, service delivery partners, and infrastructure teams to manage mainframe service operations and continuous improvements.
Represent Mainframe Product in projects and support troubleshooting, training, and process optimization activities.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
Minimum 3 years of experience with Mainframe environment.
Strong knowledge of Mainframe infrastructure/operating systems (z/OS, JES2, TSO, ISPF, SDSF, JCL) and transactional subsystems (CICS, IMS/DC).
Proficiency in English.
Experienced in managing service delivery with knowledge of supplier contracts, KPIs, finance and budgets in an IT infrastructure context.
Skilled in coordinating changes, incident management, and continuous improvement between application and mainframe infrastructure teams.
Technical expertise with additional Mainframe tools, security topics, and familiarity with Agile project management approaches preferred.
